Fatal 4 way

Morrison vs Ali vs Ricochet vs Elias

Winner gets a shot at Bobby Lashley and his United States title alongside Matt Riddle. This was the perfect kickoff match. Not too long, not too short and some amazing athletes putting on a show. Ali is rolled up by Morrison and Retribution look like fools again.

SmackDown Elimination Chamber

Cesaro and Daniel Bryan start the match, not going easy on each other at all. Corbin is next and he beats the shit out of both men, I mean he wrecks them. Then Sami Zayn comes out but Corbin is the first eliminated. The mainevent is next and he eliminates Kevin Owens after trapping his arm in a door and super kicking him to death basically. Jey Uso takes out Cesaro as well, having one helluva showing in this match. Daniel Bryan hits the running knee out of pure instinct, winning the match.

But his night isn’t over…

Roman pays the winner a visit immediately following the chamber match. As soon as the chamber lifted, his music hits.

Universal Championship match

Daniel Bryan vs Roman Reigns[c]

Roman wins via submission in a very quick match; genius move. Edge spears Roman out of nowhere and points at the sign… you know what that means. The mainecent for Wrestlemania is set.

Riddle vs Lashley[c] vs Morrison

We know that Morrison was always going to take the pin but we didn’t know that Lashley would be taken out by a crutch. Riddle steals one from Lashley. Great way to protect Lashley and keep him strong. I like the flow of the match and the fact that Morrison and Riddle had to work together to even have a chance at beating Bobby Lashley.

Women’s Tag Team Championship match

Sasha Banks[c] & Bianca vs Nia[c] & Shayna[c]

Reginald is still hovering around Bianca and Sasha. We know he’s up to something, we just don’t know what. Baszler and Banks was great to watch, while Nia Jax was a pain to watch. Reginald tries to get Sasha to turn to the darkside and it cost her the match. At least they didn’t do the played out, “these two can’t coexist ” story during this match.

Raw Elimination Chamber

Hardy and Orton are first in the Chamber. The WWE Champion is next. Drew and Orton have so much history, it’s only right they face each other in the Chamber. Former champ Kofi Kingston is next. Kofi eliminates Orton in a sloppy pin combination. Irate, Orton RKOs Hardy and Kingston. Omos rips the plexiglass off and Styles enters the chamber through the front, hoping to capitalize on the recently RKO’d wrestlers. Pearce throws Omos out while Sheamus enters and takes out Kofi. Hardy goes on a roll and gets a Claymore then Styles eliminates Sheamus after Sheamus Brogue kicks Drew McIntyre. Drew retains his title, surviving the chamber.

But would he survive the night?…..

No, he wouldn’t. MVP was seen speaking with the Miz between matches, this led to Bobby Lashley destroying Drew so that Miz could cash in.

Honorable mentions

1. Not interested in black men made out to be unprofessional, that’s a bad look on the company. There are other ways to tell that story without besmirching the name of good brothers.

2. New Samoa Joe show on WWE network

Final take

The show was great, WWE has been on one hell of a streak. There were no losers tonight, everyone put on a stellar show. The best part about it, the show was well under 3 hours. Raw is going to be AAAAWESOME!
