The KO show
These things always end in a fight and KO knows it. Nia Jax, Charlotte and Natalya are all guest on the show to talk about their math later but the ladies can’t contain themselves and come to blows before the show ends.
Apollo Crews vs Andrade [c]
The announce team did a great job of hyping up the United States title. You just knew Apollo was going to win tonight, it was in the air. Apollo wins the title after a great match with Andrade and drops a great promo. Andrade throws a big tantrum backstage, I wonder how he and Zelina will regroup.
VIP Lounge
Every time Drew is a guest, the host gets kicked in the face. Bobby Lashley tried to surprise Drew McIntyre but MVP was the one that was surprised, with a Claymore.
Garza vs KO
Garza attacks Kevin Owens before the match starts and that prevents Owens from winning the match. The match was okay but I would have preferred that they save the injury angle for another day. Also, Owens needs to keep winning, Garza isn’t a threat at all but Owens can take out anyone.
Austin Theory & Murphy vs Aleister Black and Humberto
Theory gets the pinfall after hitting the ATL on Humberto. Seth then orders his disciples to grab Carillo and orders Aleister to back off. Seth is getting critical acclaim for his performance as the Monday Night Messiah these days. Aleister Black is the perfect opponent for Seth, Seth gets to put Black over and Black’s stock will continue to rise.
Golf segment
The Street Profits play the Viking Raiders in golf in another wacky segment. I’m ok with this, the Street Profits don’t need to be doing anything too serious at the moment so let them have fun.
Natalya vs Charlotte [c] vs Nia Jax
This was another good match from Nia, Nia was literally carried but she had a great match with two top level workers on Raw. Asuka certainly had a favorite she picked for the match but Natalya came up short again and had the pinfall scored on her.
Streets is watching
MVP calls the Street Profits clowns backstage and they respond, prompting MVP to challenge to bring the smoke in a match. The Street Profits, MVP and Bobby Lashley put on a great main event but Lashley and MVP weren’t done yet. Luckily, Drew McIntyre saves the Profits from being crushed by their more serious counterparts. The real question is, where were the War Raiders?
Honorable mentions
IIconics attack Cross-Bliss. They were cheered by the crowd, guess thats the drawback of that particular crowd.
Seth sends a message to Rey Mysterio.
Jessymyn Duke was riled up and apparently on the side of good.
Edge drops a great promo.
Liz Morgan vignette.
Gronk responds to R Truth.
Final take
The crowd being back added some flare to things but I don’t care if they’re there or not because I’m still watching. To those that need a crowd, this should bring those people back.
