SmackDown Highlights 3-6-20

NWO segment

I never thought NWO could be so lame. A stinker of an opening segment. Braun Strowman got a cool moment with NWO was ok but just not worth it. Sami Zayn, Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura are buried in the process of all of this nonsense.

Naomi & Lacey Evans vs Bayley and Sasha Banks

Who is challenging Bayley for her title; make the match and get to the build! I don’t really understand what this match accomplished besides being a placeholder for an actual feud with meaning and purpose for all parties involved

Carmella & Dana Brooke vs Fire & Desire

I like what I’m seeing, gotta let the division get some TV time and these women are relevant enough to have said time. I want to see the tag team division move along, the Kabuki Warriors need opponents and I think matches like this make a case for new opponents with new opportunities at the tag team titles.

Tag team gauntlet match

Didn’t see the real point in this match, Miz and Morrison are going to retain at the Elimination Chamber,they just got the titles like last week. With that said, I like all of the teams involved and any one of them can be champs.

Apollo Crews vs Sheamus

Can’t wait to see Crews turn, after losing to Sheamus over and over and not wanting to hear Shorty G’s pep talks. Apollo Crews needs a turn very badly, I’m all for a fresh coat of paint on his character.

Honorable mentions

1. Bryan and Gulak will wow the crowd at Elimination Chamber.

2. The Fiend sends Cena a message.

3. Elias and Corbin have a moment.

4. Goldberg and Reigns is going to suck so they had to take some time off to go back to the drawing board so we can boo whatever bullshit they come up with next.

Final take

This show sucks, it’s tolerable at times but mostly it’s just a mess of nonsense. I know, I’m a broken record at this point but this show is so paint by numbers that it’s warm me out and turned hardcore fans completely off, this is why Raw suffers.
