I like Carmela being in the driver’s seat is nice to see because midcard heels haven’t been the smartest. Carmela was smart enough to get a title match tonight.

Ford [c] vs Ziggler

Ford was excited to face a former heavyweight champion. The match was decent, Dolph made Ford look good, the usual from Dolph. Ziggler winning was a good idea, Ford doesn’t need a win over Ziggler yet because that would kickstart his singles career. It also gives Roode-Dolph a title shot, the Street Profits need credible contenders more than anything right now.

Sami Zayn [c] vs Big E

Good backstage segment

That fake sami shirt is gonna be a thing

I been talking about having different and unique finishes to matches but idk about this one

All in the family

KO cuts an excellent promo in-ring while Roman watches back stage, a promo about family, tables ladders and chairs being his family. Brilliant stuff, only Kevin Owens is this good. Jey Uso blindsided Owens but KO gets the upper hand and puts Jey through a table. Roman comes out but Paul Heyman talks him out of it. KO was caught slipping backstage by the Tribal chief. Roman beat down Owens with a surprise attack, looked right into the camera and talked directly to Owens’ family. KO has to do a very long program with Reigns, he sells so well for him, made him look like a million bucks. This is where the money is right now.

Riott Squad vs Billie Kaye & Natalya

Riott Squad wins making Kaye an even bigger joke. Liv Morgan was much better off without the dead weight of Ruby’s boring character that has devolved from the character development she had when she debuted on the main roster.

Gable & Otis vs Cesaro & Shinsuke

A funny training montage airs before a backstage interview of Gable and Otis of which Shinsuke and Cesaro interrupt. Gable is shady and his team loses the match because of it, I love where this is going, I’m all in on whatever they’re doing.

New faction alert!

Corbin talks to his newest stooges and looks great while doing it in a suit. Blake and Cutler are the Knights of the Lone Wolf. Very cool name and very cool way to weave both of Corbin’s gimmicks into one. Corbin looks clean, clear and determined, something he hasn’t been in quite some time. Lots of six man tag action with the Mysterio family coming our way.

Carmela vs Sasha Banks [c]

Carmela had a good backstage interview followed by a damn good match. Carmela was vicious, especially when Sasha Banks got herself disqualified. Definitely an uncommon finish for the champ, I like it, different is better right now. I wish Carmela had a feud before this so that we could get more of her new character developing on screen. Carmela’s new entrance is absolutely fire, can’t get tired of that and it needs to be even longer, that’s not sarcasm.

1. Bayley gets into it with Bianca Belair.

2. Bianca has a great tank top that better sellout overnight.

Final take

The crowd noise was too loud cuz Michael Cole was yelling. I’m tired of the crowd noise however, its what keep my ear so I deal with it. Great show with great feuds, wrestling has been fantastic since the ThunderDome became a thing; keep it up WWE.
