Azeez & Apollo[c] vs Big E & KO

Azeez gets the pin via distraction from Sami Zayn. I feel like this holding pattern has gone on long enough and that it won’t continue when WWE starts touring again. Apollo is doing a great job but I am not as interested in everyone else. After the match, Kevin Owens demands that he get his hands on Sami at Hell in a Cell.

War of kings

Short match. Nakamura wins clean and I think they just changed his name. Nakamura looks great with a crown. Great story. I want to know if Corbin is going to be serious after this loss, he really needs to be. Nakamura needs to move up the ladder and face Apollo for the IC title next.

Face to face

Bianca Belair in street clothes again. When she beats Bayley it better be one hell of a match and she better be wrestling every night afterward.

Weak promo from Bianca, the weakest way to call out someone for that kind of match that I’ve ever heard. Bayley beats don’t Bianca and I’m kinda hoping she takes the title off of her now, maybe Bianca wasn’t ready. Maybe her being a babyface just really doesn’t work.

Pardon the interruption

Seth crashes a backstage interview between Kayla Braxton and Cesaro. Seth has a great character right now, Cesaeo needs to step it up if he wants to match that energy. The real question is who does Cesaro move onto after this? Maybe Otis or Dolph is my guess.

Inside hell

Rey Mysterio gets his shot at the Universal Championship, live on Friday night. Rey used everything except the kitchen sink. Mysterio controlled the early goings of the match. Roman Reigns came out on top after taking the lead in the second half, making the legend tap out. Commercials were a buzz kill, strategic though, they should have just given people the match commercial free if it was gonna be on tv. Not much to it, I thought there was going to be a big surprise but really what we got was an extra Hell in a Cell match this weekend.
