An opportunity

Joe Gacy vs Ciampa[c]

I’m really liking Gacy, there are so many directions his character can go and it’s interesting. Ciampa was beaten up most of the match but when he gained control he didn’t let go. Ciampa wins and Harland attacks him but Gacy calms him down. Again, this Gacy character is going to be the new Bray Wyatt and have a family of his own.

Jewel of the Nile

Ivy Nile debut

She has a unique look that sets her aside from everyone on any roster. Her power and grace reminds me of Beth Phoenix. She is impressive so far, they need to build on this for as long as they can then let her hold that title for a long time.

Malcolm bivens will be on the main roster real soon, Vince has to love what he sees from how he puts guys over. Bivens has exactly what it takes to get anyone over.

Ikemen Jiro interrupts Nile’s celebration and finds himself in a match. Julius Creed wins his first singles match and it was a damn good match. Diamond Mind jumps him afterward, Kushida runs out and gets his ass whooped too.

Lashing out

Lash legend does her best Wendy Williams impression while carrying some storylines with her show. My problem is, don’t show the 5 people there and play a laugh track. They have enough resources to do this for real.

Trust is earned

Wagner & Kyle vs Dunne & Holland

Wagner goes on a Roll and pins Holland, nice of Holland to do the job on his way to SmackDown. This is a good spot for Kyle O’ Reilly, we get to find out more about him through his partnership with this rookie. I don’t know what Pete Dunne is gonna do though.

First fued

Duke Hudson vs Grayson Waller

Good music for both guys, Hudson is going to go places. Duke wins like a heel, good feud for Waller and Hudson to show who they really are. No title, just two guys trying to make a name for themselves.

North American Championship on the line

Escobar vs Swerve[c]

Escobar up to his old tricks, jumping and kidnapping people at the top of the show, have to make sure Hit Row is a non factor. Swerve came out hot, the match was all his until Escobar got the upper hand for a minute, I thought it was all over. We had a run in from Legado and Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayws made the save. Swerve upsets Escobar who was a heavy favorite. Just when you thought it was over, Hayes uses his contract like Money In The Bank and chooses to face Swerve, becoming the new North American Champion just minutes after Swerve defeated Santos Escobar. Brilliant move on NXT and Hayes who is now on his way to being a top star in the company.

Final take

Can’t get enough of this product. It has been non stop action since its rebranding and its great. They are pushing all the right people, the right way, without making you sick of anyone because there is more than enough talent to focus on.
