Boo this man!

So Goldberg trots out there and is booed because he should be and Roman Reigns comes out and he is not booed because the crowd is trying to unite in a chant and that chant was “you both suck”. That chant also applies to Vince and Bruce, good luck trying to get that match cheered assholes.

Bank-rupt

Sasha returns and disqualified Bayley in a Super Saudi Showdown rematch against Naomi. The stupid part was that Bayley introduced Sasha so it wasn’t even a surprise. Lacey Evans saves the day and the match is made into a tag team match. Lacey has to improve in the ring or have her push stopped. Evans and Naomi win the match which will be forgotten in a couple of hours, as will Sasha Bank’s return, it’s a shame really.

Miz & Morrison

The Miz needs to fine tune his character now that he is with John Morrison again, it’s a little sidekickish. Miz & Morrison are informed that they will defend their titles inside the Elimination Chamber.

Handicapped

A 3 on 1 match is just silly even for Braun Strowman. Let’s bury 3 really good wrestlers at once with one that isn’t half as good as any one of them. At least Renee Young got some TV time. As far as contract signings go it was par for the course. Of course with that much talent in the ring we will all be entertained however the long term effects of the booking are dangerous.

A Fiend over you shoulder

Cena got a good amount of boos, the crowd didn’t wanna hear it, all they wanted was the Fiend. Cena setting up his match with the Fiend was corny and blatantly bullshit. No fucking way anyone thought Cena was done. The Fiend however, got thunderous applause. Oh and John Cena apparently ripped the back of his shirt…

Honorable mentions

  1. Daniel Bryan beats Curtis Axel. Drew Gulak is being used to build wrestlers back up and it’s the best booking on the show. Exactly what old acts need to get television time and be rejuvenated. Gulak is now relevant and a match between Gulak and Daniel Bryan would be epic. This is the type of storytelling going on over on Raw.

  2. Kofi and Roode have a match but who gives a damn? Roode did win though.

In closing

Damn all of this lazy booking to hell. Those ratings better be high cuz if they went the other way we are truly wasting our time with whatever disgusting piece of entertainment this product is trying to be. It’s not about the talent, they all work hard and deserve much better than the booking that they are subject to and no, AEW wouldn’t be a great place for them to go because their booking is 10x worse. Zero exaggeration.
